MR Strategic Advisory is an independent advisory firm based in Dubai, working with businesses, investors and other stakeholders on corporate development, transactions and complex projects where experienced judgement, discretion and hands-on execution matter.

The firm was established by Maxim Ryzhuk, an M&A and corporate development professional with experience in Big Four advisory, Magic Circle law and in-house investment and corporate development roles.
